You do not need any workout experience to train at Superb Crossfit. We will help you reach your goals regardless of fitness level.

I am not in good shape, can I come to you anyway?

That is exactly why you should start training with us. No matter what fitness level you are at, we aim to help improve your shape.

I have a few injuries. Can I get anything out of working our at Superb?

Of course! Crossfit is an optimal form of exercise to rehabilitate injuries. We have the knowledge needed for you to be able to recover after an injury. Functional movements are significantly more healthy than not doing anything at all.

Can I come to Superb Crossfit work out on my own?

Yes, at Superb Crossfit you can work out on your own, with a personal trainer, or in a group class.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, personal training is something that we work with daily.

What do I need to bring with me to a class?

You need to bring workout clothes and a water bottle, that is usually enough.

How do I become a member?

You can become a member through our website (read more under the "Memberships" tab in the menu), or if you want to talk to a coach to see what you could get from a membership then you are welcome to email us.

Can my whole family work out at Superb Crossfit?

The exercises are tailored after the individual, so all are welcome. The minimum age to work out is usually 13 yrs old, and in between the ages of 13-16 you have to work out with a parent or guardian present. To sign up for your own membership you have to be 18 yrs old. If you are under 18 you need a guardians signature.

We open our doors 15 minutes before each class. You can see a detailed schedule and opening hours for each facility under the "Facilities" tab in the menu.

Where do I park my car?
