our classes

Our daily workouts are divided into two parts. Strength and Intensity. In addition to these, we also have Team, Hero, Run Coaching, Mobility, Next Level, and Hometraining to offer.

strength

The Strength sessions are structured with a varied number of reps and intensity during the week to build strength and technique. Each session focuses on a specific movement or muscle group, with a combination of base lifts and supplementary exercises. The programming means that we work with both heavy lifting, eccentric contractions and supersets to maximize strength development. For example, the week can include squats, deadlifts, presses and Olympic lifts, where we gradually increase the load or the number of reps.

intensity

The Intensity sessions are designed to complement today's Strength sessions, where we focus on the same movement or muscle group but at a faster pace. Here you often encounter circuit training or intervals with a mix of cardio and functional movements. The aim is to challenge both fitness and muscle endurance, where examples such as kettlebell swings, box jumps, burpees and rowing are common. The intensity is adjusted so that both advanced and beginners can participate with adapted weights and scaling of exercises.

team Saturdays

On Saturdays, we switch our 30-minute classes for 90-minute classes, and work in teams of 2-3. It is a longer metcon that mimics the Intensity class with a combination of a lot of heavy breathing and strength.

Sunday Adrenaline

The Sunday Adrenaline sessions are designed to provide a healthy dose of fitness and endurance, with a focus on high-intensity intervals and varied exercises. Every week you face new challenges that test both your physical and mental strength. The workout combines various machines such as rowing, Assault Bike and SkiErg with body weight exercises such as burpees, box jumps and running. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, endurance or just get an energized end to the week, these sessions will deliver.

run coaching

Twice a week, we offer coached running sessions focusing on improving your running technique and fitness. Each session starts with a warm-up and includes unique intervals that are doable regardless of fitness level.

mobility

Functional Fitness involves very explosive exercises and the body needs variety in movement to improve. In our yoga-inspired mobility, we alternate longer static positions with calm mobility flows.

Olympic lifting

Immersion in the Olympic lifts, jerks and thrusts.

We practice basic positions, technique training and strength training to improve in all Olympic exercises. 

gymnastics

Deepening in exercises such as muscle up, handstand push ups, toes to bar etc. We practice basic positions, technique training and strength training to improve ourselves in all gymnastic exercises.
