For part 2
Divide the class into 2 zones.
Each zone features a 12-minute partner workout with a 2-minute transition.
Zone 1: One partner performs Bench Press while the other rests after Jump Squats.
Zone 2: The timer is the lunge; partners switch roles after finishing.
The second partner does 5 deadlifts post-lunges, then rests for remaining time.


For 15 Mins:
Format: Chipper, if you finish restart until the time is up
30x Dual DB Snatch
40x DB Jump Squat
30x Knee Tuck Push-ups
40x DB Thrusters
30x Jackknife Situps


Rep/Interval Scheme: 11 min Work/ 2 min Rest, 2 Rounds
Zone 1 Partner 1: Bench Press (TIMER), Partner 2: Lunges then rest
20x DB Alt Bench Press (Bottoms Up)
10x Jumping Switch Lunge

Zone 2
Partner 1: Walking Lunge (TIMER), Partner 2: Deadlift then rest for remaining time
30 M Sandbag Walking Lunges
5x KB Deadlift
